1.Who we are

CrushOn Korean is an online Korean language learning service operated by Umine Solution, registered in the Republic of Korea. These Terms are governed by Korean law.

2.What we collect

• Required: name, email, password, country, and payment records
• Automatically collected: IP address, device info, cookies, lesson progress, access logs
• Optional: profile details you choose to share (Korean level, nickname, etc.)

3.How we use your data

• To provide lessons, process payments, and deliver content
• To send service notices, lesson updates, and customer support replies
• To improve our service and (with your opt-in) send marketing emails

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4.How long we keep it

We delete your data when no longer needed. Some records (payment, contracts, complaints) are retained 3–5 years as required by Korean law.

5.Your rights

You may request to access, correct, delete, or restrict your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also delete your account from your profile settings.

6.Payments & refunds

Paid courses are processed via PayPal and other authorized providers. Refund requests follow our refund policy linked at checkout. Once you start consuming a course, partial refunds may apply.

7.Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when registering
• Keep your password secure and don't share your account
• Don't redistribute, copy, or resell course content
• You must be at least 14 years old to create an account

8.Service limitations

We do our best to keep the service running, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We're not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or issues outside our control.
